The professorship must be formed to use in the classroom a fundamentally
participative methodology trying the motivation of the student body, promoting
the personal creativity, the work in group and the collaboration between the
students. With the appropriate tools, the entrepreneurship must be promoted in
students, developing a set of skills and
enterprising capacities, improving their potential talent.
Teachers have to be able to promote entrepreneurship in the students,
developing a set of skills and enterprising capacities and promoting personal
skills (such as the motivation, creativity and innovation, autonomy and
initiative, confidence and autoregulation, competitiveness, aptitude to assume
risks, etc); social skills (such as leadership and communication, team spirit
and cooperation) and managerial skills (such as the empathy and the planning
and making of decisions). The school has to try to promote the culture of the
permanent learning inside and out of the country, improving the quality of our
way of teaching.
Schools should continue with the qualifications of an active
European citizenship, that can have relationship with other cultures putting in
common experiences from which they could benefit all. Participants are going to acquire new ways of
carrying out entrepreneurship at school and new methodologies that will be used
in class.
